Certification and Quality Policies

The application of modern criteria for working within our organization is with a view to guarantee constant quality in the production of wood panels. This is a choice we have made in order to standardize the Company’s organizational and operating procedures.

These goals are pursued to achieve customer satisfaction through product reliability. Consequently we are certified to UNI EN ISO 9001 standard (2015 edition). Our Quality Management Systems have passed the CSQ test (Certifying body). Employees, production and warehouse staff are commited to enforcing this standard.

FSC® (FSC – C084508) Certification

FSC BRAND identifies products that contain wood coming from forests correctly and responsibly supervised according to strict environmental, social and economical standards. FSC Chain of Custody is a system that guarantees information traceability of products starting from forest or poplar wood till consumer. The system chosen by E.VIGOLUNGO S.P.A., that follows FSC standards for Chain Custody, has been evaluated by a guaranteed institution of certification.

CARB/EPA ULEF & NAF Certification

To meet the demands of the American market, Vigolungo SpA from December 2008 is certified according to the criteria of ATCM-Airborne Toxic Control Measure – approved by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). This regulation became effective in the State of California from January 1, 2009, with the aim to reduce the formaldehyde emissions from wood based materials.

Our company obtained in January 2012 the ULEF exemption, a certification that guarantees a permanent production with Ultra Low Emitting Formaldehyde and since 2018 we are EPA TSCA Title VI certified. E. Vigolungo is also NAF certified (Not Added Formaldehyde).

PEFC Certification

E.VIGOLUNGO S.PA. obtained on April 2009 the certification for the production of PEFC wood, a choice grew up with the perspective of greater attention to themes such as environment as well as the respect of environmental and forestry regulations, aspects nowadays highly taken care by public opinion and consumers.

This type of certification allows the production of poplar plywood that comes from forests run in sustainable and certified processes.
