The most important qualities are: good mechanical resistance; very light (around 400 kg per m3); flexible and easily worked balanced panels. View Technical Information Sheet   Poplar plywood faced with hardwoods Plywood with poplar cores and with face and backs veneered in various hardwoods. Typically Ilomba and Ceiba (Fromager). These panels are used principally for the interior of Recreational Vehicles (RV) Caravans and Motor homes as they are ideal for laminating. View Technical Information Sheet   Blockboard These are panels with a core of solid poplar fillets glued together, faced each side with two layers of poplar veneer laid at right angles to each other. These panels have advantage of solid poplar (390 Kg per m3) while offering a more stable panel than plywood. The panels can also be finished in Ceiba, MDF and laminate instead of poplar. View Technical Information Sheet   Unidirectional panels These panels are made from poplar veneers with the grain running all in one direction (hence the term unidirectional).
